Q.1 Tell me something about yourself ?

Ans 1 -Thank you so much Amit ji  
I am Kavita Nalwa I am tv celebrity Fitness Trainer founder of YOBICS WORKOUT and I teach YOBICS to Mumbai, police, railway police, corporates, schools and tv actors n normal people.
Bachpan mein I was very obedient child mein zyada naughty nahi thi meine exercise karna 6yrs ki umra se shuru kiya Mere papa national athlete the aur unhone hi hum teeno bhai behano ko workout karna seekhaya hum sab national aur state level athlete reh chuke hain. Q.2 A
ap ko kab laga ki aap ko fitness model banna he aur aapne kaise prepare kiya khud ko? Ans 2- 6 saal ki umra se lagatar workout kar rahi hun college tak meine atheltics karne ki wajah se workout kiya aur uske baad apni health ke liye workout karti hun 2013 ko meine decide kiya jab mein regular workout karke aur ghar ka normal khana khake extra ordinary fit reh sakti hun to har koi reh sakte hain isliye mein sabko seekhana shuru kiya ki sahi aur effective workout kaise karna chahiye aur kaise healthy aur fit rehna chahiye jisse aapko koi beemari na ho aur ho to usse kaise laden. Q.3 Apart from fitness modeling what other things u do?
Ans 3- Fitness Modelling ke alawa mujhe ghar ke kaam karna pasand hai har normal ladki ki tarah mein bhi ghar ke kaam karti hun Q.4 Being in glamour world there are other sides too such as people criticize on Cloths and other things so how u deal on it ?
Ans 4- Jab bhi hum koi accha kaam karte hain aur wo kaam jab public ke liye hota hai to aap PUBLIC FIGURE ban jate hain usme har tarah ke log hote hainn koi aapke kaam ko accha kahega to koi criticize karega aapke KAPDE ya kisi aur wajah se to in sab baaton pe dhyan kiye bina poora dhyan us acche kaam mein do jo aap logon ke liye karna chahte ho aur use dil se karo

Ans 6- Mein jo 5 hrs ka record karne ja rahi hun wo bhi logon ko health ke liye fitness ke liye inspire karne ke liye kar rahi hun mein uski roz practice karti hun jaise ki ye 5 hrs ka record hain to mein apne ghar ke kaam karte karte bhi practice karti hun Q.7 You start your every post in FACEBOOK from MAA MEREE PYARI MAA AAPKE ASHIRWAAD SE its a very good and unique thing how and when u start this ? Ans 7- MAA MERI PYAR MAA AAPKE AASHIRWAD SE jo mein likhti hun kyunki mein jo kuch bhi hun apni Maa aur Papa ki wajah se hun n amit i lost my mom in feb last year wo mere saath hain hamesha unke aashirwad se hi mein abhi bhi exercise kar pa rahi hun
FITNESS MODEL KAVITA NALWA Q.8 Any Special tips for Fitness Freaks ? Ans 8 - Fitness freaks ke liye meri yehi tips hai ki Exercise health ke liye karen sirf bahari fitness ke liye nahi kyunki jab aap heath ke liye exercise karenge to saari umra karenge aur automatic fit rahenge. *****
